Arugula
Small short micro; very intense arugula flavor.

Mustard, Green
A bold mustard flavor with spice!
Amaranth, Red
A mild, sweet flavor; Crisp and fresh, similar to mustard but much less spicy.
Mustard, Red
A bold mustard flavor with spice. Slight reddish tint.
Broccoli
A thin white stem with shades of purple and green top with a strong broccoli flavor.
Pea
Sweet and delicious; fairly tall and leafy. Very crunchy, mildly sweet, fresh (tastes just like peas!)
Broccoli Raab
Looks similar to broccoli, but has a sharp broccoli/turnip flavor.
Popcorn
Very sweet, juicy stem and delicious; strong corn flavor. Fairly tall and leafy. Tall and bright yellow-to-lime green leaves.
Brussel Sprout
From white to pink to purple stems, a lovely gradient of color; tastes similar to broccoli and cabbage, but slightly more bitter.
RadiFlower Mix
A delicious mix of juicy, nutty sunflower and vibrant, colorful, spicy radish microgreens. Mix created by local chef Greg Gipson.
Buckwheat
Thin, tall and wispy with tart lemon flavor, heart-like shaped leaves.
Radish, China Rose
A vibrant pink stem with a deep green top; Spicy and floral with a hint of sweetness. A great crunch, juicy, and leafy.
Cabbage, Mixed
A mix of yellow/green and purple/pink stemmed cabbage. A strong cabbage/brassica flavor.
Radish, Hong Vit
A bright, nearly magenta stem with a deep green top; Spicy and floral with a hint of sweetness. A great crunch, juicy, and leafy.
Cabbage, Red Acre
Green leaves with violet to red highlight throughout with a strong brassica flavor.
Radish, Mix
A mix of colorful radish microgreens.
Carrot
Pleasant carrot flavor with ferny leaves similar to parsley. Slightly sweet and herbaceous.
Radish, Purple
Light purple stem to dark purple top; Spicy and floral with a hint of sweetness. A great crunch, juicy, and leafy.
Cress, Curled
Small, fern-like leaf; very strong cress flavor and scent.
Radish, Triton
A reddish stem with a deep green top; Spicy and floral with a hint of sweetness. A great crunch, juicy, and leafy.

Colorful Mix
Beautiful mix of 5-6 mild and very colorful microgreens.

Sunflower
Large, substantial green that is crunchy, juicy and has a pleasant nutty flavor. Delicious!
Fava
Green; thick, juicy stem. Slight bean/pea flavor; strong stem and leaves. Leaves slightly fuzzy.
Turnip
Deep green tops with varigated pink and purple shaded stems. Fresh turnip flavor, radish-like without spice. Fresh tasting.
Fenugreek
Fenugreek is unique and exotic tasting. Slightly bitter, fresh, crunchy and sweet with an unusual leaf.
Wadish Mix
A mix of colorful radish micros and bright green, spicy wasabi. The spiciest mix we grow; created by local chef Greg Gipson.
Kale, Red Russian
Assorted colors of red and pink stems with dark green leaves; Nutty and robust - similiar to mustard, only less spicy.
Wasabi
A white stem with a bright green top. A bold mustard flavor with hot, spice.
Kale, Scotch
A white stem with a hint of pink and purple. Bright green leaves with a stong broccoli flavor; nutty and rich with a hint of sweetness.
   
Kohlrabi, Purple
A white stem with a hint of purple with a vibrant green top. A strong broccoli and cabbage flavor.
   
Lettuce
Pale white to light green stems. Short with a nice, clean romaine flavor.
   
Mizuna, Red
A Japanese mustard, which has a fresh, very mild peppery mustard flavor. A bright yellow to white stem with a rust red/green leaf.
